Watch assessments and quotes
Not sure what your watch needs? Email or WhatsApp clear photos and a description of the issue for an initial assessment. If we need to inspect it more closely, you can send the watch to our Southampton workshop.
We carefully assess and repair watches with mechanical faults, helping to restore dependable timekeeping where repair work is appropriate. Every job is discussed and quoted before work begins.
For battery-powered and everyday watches, Tick Tock Timekeepers offers practical repair support through a simple postal service. Send photos first to help us understand the repair required.
Secure postal repair process
Once your repair is agreed, a non-refundable £10 deposit secures the work. After completion, pay the remaining balance by bank transfer and we will personally return your repaired watch with its receipt and guarantee.
“i sent my Swarovski watch for a battery and re-seal as many places couldn't do it and the places who could do it were over priced. It came back perct condition and working perfectly”
